Domain Registration
When your domain is registered, we control its technical operation and make any required changes on your behalf. You remain the owner of the domain at all times.
Transfers
If you have purchased a domain with another company, you dont need to transfer it to us. You can simply have the domain details changed by your current host. However, transferring your domain to us for free will ensure that it is being looked after properly and in the case of .com .net and .org domains, a further year of registration is added free of charge if you purchase a hosting package.

It is important to note that although transfers should normally complete very quickly, they can sometimes take a week or longer. Your current host may ask for faxed or written confirmation that you wish to transfer your domain. We may ask you to change the name servers for your domain while waiting for transfer, this ensures your domain its pointing to its new home. Our Policy
Our policy on transfers and registrations is simple. We will never charge for transfers as long as your domain is hosted with us. We will never charge you to move your domain away from us or to make changes to your domain's dns settings. Additionally, you will find us helpful and accommodating should you wish to move your domain away.
